TerraConcepts, LLC was formed in January 2006 as a California registered Limited Liability Company. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

Ray Etter – Owner/President

Ray has held various management, technical and business development positions in industry. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he held leadership and staff positions in the 1st Marine Division and Headquarters Marine Corps.

He earned a M.S. Aeronautical Engineering and M.S. Space Systems Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

We support DOD and IC agencies entrusted with organizing, training, and equipping soldiers, sailors, airmen, coastguardsmen, Marines and intelligence professionals.

Our Guiding Principles

We stress the importance of each employee committing themselves to mutually beneficial shared team goals. Through which they can achieve their own goals.

Dignity – Each person has an immeasurable and inherent dignity and worth. Work uplifts and reinforces this inherent dignity. As we strive each day to meet the demands of our particular jobs, we should make every effort possible to see the dignity in the other person and treat them accordingly.
