Leadership
Ray Etter – Owner/President
Prior to TerraConcepts, Ray held various management, technical and business development positions in industry.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps in leadership and staff positions in the 1st Marine Division and at Headquarters Marine Corps.
He earned a M.S. Aeronautical Engineering and M.S. Space Systems Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School and a
B.S. Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Our Guiding Principles
