Our Guiding Principles
Leadership – Leadership is influence. Everyone influences those around them and is in a position at one time or another to exercise leadership. We want leaders who serve others: leaders with integrity; leaders who work hard; and
leaders who see the person not just the task.
Teamwork – Teams achieve more than an individual or a group of individuals. Teams help us tackle difficult challenges, uplift us when we're not always at our best, and provide us a sense of belonging and shared purpose in our work.
We stress the importance of each employee committing themselves to mutually beneficial shared team goals. Through which they can achieve their own goals.
Dignity – Each person has an immeasurable and inherent dignity and worth. Work uplifts and reinforces this inherent dignity. As we strive each day to meet the demands of our particular jobs,
we should make every effort possible to see the dignity in the other person and treat them accordingly.
Golden Rule – Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This undergirds our Leadership and Teamwork principles and puts into practice the principle of Dignity.
