Guiding Principles

Leadership

Leadership is influence. Everyone influences those around them and is in a position at one time or another to exercise leadership. We want leaders who serve others: leaders with integrity; leaders who work hard; and leaders who see the person not just the task.

Teamwork

Teams help us tackle difficult challenges. Teams uplift us when we're not always at our best. Teams provides us a sense of belonging and shared purpose in our work. We stress the importance of each employee committing themselves to mutually beneficial shared team goals through which they can achieve their own goals.

Dignity

Each person has an inherent dignity and worth. Work uplifts and reinforces this inherent dignity. As we strive daily to meet the demands of our jobs, we make every effort to see the dignity in others and treat them accordingly.

Golden Rule

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
