Leadership

Prior to TerraConcepts, Ray held various management, technical, and business development positions in industry. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps in leadership and staff positions in the 1st Marine Division and at Headquarters Marine Corps. He earned a M.S. Aeronautical Engineering and M.S. Space Systems Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Ray founded TerraConcepts in 2006. In the intervening years he has successfully guided TerraConcepts through the ups and downs of the National Security market. In 2019, he returned TerraConcepts to its roots in systems engineering. Observing the advances in desktop modeling and simulation applications and in desktop computing power, he merged the two to create a unique solution to deliver Mission Engineering and Digital Mission Engineering services to the National Security Sector.
